CAUSES AND PRECAUTIONS OF TOOTH DECAY
When it comes to dental diseases and treatments, it is understood that dental caries, prevention and treatment of dental caries (conservative treatment). The most commonly used method in treatment is filling.
TOOTH DECAYS
Dental caries are diseases that appear in the form of stains on the hard layers of the tooth and cause cavities in the tooth, reaching the soft layers of the tooth over time and causing the loss of the tooth over time.
Tooth decay starts when the acids secreted by bacteria in the mouth break down the tooth enamel.
CAUSES OF TOOTH DECAY

TO PREVENT TOOTH DECAY, ATTENTION SHOULD BE PAID TO:
Teeth should be brushed after each meal and brushing should not be neglected, especially before going to bed in the evening.
Flossing should be used at least once a day.
Small headed toothbrush should be preferred.
Mouthwash (especially those with fluoride) should be used.
Sugary and acidic foods should be consumed as little as possible.
You should go to the dentist at regular intervals.
When situations such as tooth sensitivity and color change occur, the dentist should be consulted immediately.
Fluorine compounds can be used to strengthen teeth (by adding them to drinking water, using tablet or gel forms).
